Montreal City Tour
9h00 to 13h00

First, we will start with a visit in the Old City. Old Montréal constitutes one of North America`s remarkable architectural ensembles. This walk will allow you to discover Montréal`s history through its old buildings and squares as a professional guide will discuss the fortifications and religious institutions inherited from the French and English Regimes. You will see the first financial district, known as Montreal`s Wall Street with its Bank of Montreal and the Royal Bank. Also see City Hall, the historic and new Courthouse, Jacques Cartier Square, The Museum of Archeology and Place Victoria. There will be a visit inside Notre Dame Basilica, an outstanding example of neo-gothic architecture.

After approximately one hour and a half, we will board a bus to see various parts of the city that make Montréal what it is today : a unique and wonderful city. You will have the chance to see the Canadian Center for Architecture, part of our Underground City, Habitat 67, the Old Port and its unique lay out, Place Ville Marie, Westmount Square and the Biosphere. Also included is a tour on the Plateau Mont-Royal, one of the top four “hippest” neighbourhoods in North America, known for its distinctive Montréal architecture, with its spiral staircase and finely wrought cornices. Along the way, the tour includes a stop on the Mont Royal.

Cost : $68.00 per person, minimum 15 persons, including transportation, professional guide, taxes and admission fees in Notre Dame Basilica

Day Trip to Quebec City

Classified as an International Heritage Site in 1985 by UNESCO, the city of Quebec, capital of the Province of Quebec, is the only remaining entirely fortified city in North America. Founded in 1608 by Samuel de Champlain, Quebec was the first permanent European settlement in New France. A natural citadel, the site dominates the St. Lawrence. Renowned for its European flavour, the city offers a rich architecture. During the tour you will see the Plains of Abraham, Notre-Dame Church, Place Royale, the National Assembly, the Citadelle and the famous Château Frontenac.
